If you see a "Communication Error" when creating a campaign, it means we couldn't reach the URL you entered. This often happens when your site's security setup blocks requests that look like a regular browser but don't behave like one.
How to fix it ?
Open your Settings → Drip Campaigns → General → Other settings and turn ON "Use Missinglettr User Agent?" under Other Settings.
That tells your site we're the official Missinglettr crawler instead of a random browser, so most security plugins will let us through. Then come back and regenerate this campaign. If it still doesn't work, feel free to reach out to support!
